Newborn Session, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford

Capturing emotions, love and the moments that unfold between people and life.

lifestyle newborn, family and wedding photography

Let's capture a moment when you felt most loved and cared for.

Families grow up so fast, and in today's busy world, it's easy to lose track of time. Let's pause for a moment, freeze it in our memories, so that in the future, we can look back and cherish these days, no matter how hectic they may seem now.

Lets welcome baby Charlie to the family

What a wonderful way to welcome the newest edition to the busy household by having a Newborn family session in the comfort of your own home. The older kids, and Granny played a blinder. They were brilliant! They just did their thing, colouring and building Lego while we got the serious work done of capturing baby Charlie on his own, with Mammy and Daddy and then got a few of them all together, nothing forced, we just let them be kids and follow their lead. That's the part that's always so interesting. The toddlers react in so many different, its never the same, that's why I love my job.

Baby Charlie was only 2 weeks old, with all the frowns and faces that goes with that age, he was so chilled and relaxed it was a pleasure to photograph him. Mammy breastfed him and she was so content and comfortable for me to photograph her it was inspiring. Daddy came home from work and the boys went crazy jumping all over him, it was madness. And yet he was so calm, a few Charlie cuddles and a few wonderful moments with Mammy, Daddy and Charlie. There was a real moment of pure emotion that I felt as I put the camera to my eye, they both looked down at Charlie and I got emotional myself. The love was tangible. It stopped me in my tracks. That doesn't honestly happen that often, so when it does its time to record it.
